Delivery Details

ORDERS DISPATCH

Dispatch days are a Tuesday & Wednesday ONLY - On most occasions orders will be delivered next day before 4pm unless products ordered are not immediately available. Should this be the case you will be notified via email or message.

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week but dispatch will always be a Tuesday or Wednesday (whichever comes first after your given order day.

Please be sure to get in touch should you have any special requests and we will always do our best to accommodate.

We deliver to mainland UK only - All orders will be delivered by APC.

Non mainland destinations there will be a surcharge. Please email us your order and address for further information.

For deliveries to the Islands and Northern Ireland, arrangements can be made upon application.

Please leave instructions as to where goods can be left, if you are not going to be at home for delivery.

If you take delivery of a package from us and the goods being delivered to you have been damaged in transit, or are defective, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, the fault must be reported to us within 3 days of you receiving the product we will exchange these items without charge to you, or provide you with a full refund excluding delivery charge.
