ORDERS DISPATCH
MONDAY TO THURSDAY - Will be delivered next day unless products ordered are not immediately available.
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY - Will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, unless products require to be made or are awaiting resupply.
SUNDAYS - Will be dispatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday, unless notified otherwise.
We deliver to mainland UK only - All orders will be delivered by APC.
Non mainland destinations there will be a surcharge. Please email us your order and address for further information.
For deliveries to the Islands and Northern Ireland, arrangements can be made upon application.
Please leave instructions as to where goods can be left, if you are not going to be at home for delivery.
If you take delivery of a package from us and the goods being delivered to you have been damaged in transit, or are defective, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, the fault must be reported to us within 3 days of you receiving the product we will exchange these items without charge to you, or provide you with a full refund excluding delivery charge.

Orders can be cancelled at any time up until confirmation of order has been sent.
Gift Cards
When you purchase a Livvi's gift card you’ll get an email with a unique code. This email acts as your gift card and the code should be shared with the gift card recipient. To use the gift card, the recipient will need to enter the unique code at checkout.
When the recipient places an order using their card balance, there are two possible scenarios:
- Order total is less-than or equal-to the card balance: They won’t have to make any additional payments, and any unused gift card balance will be available for their next order.
- Order total exceeds the card balance: They will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase using one of the payment options available in our shop.
Online payment
We use Stripe to process some payments. By using a third party payment processor such as Stripe we avoid ever coming into contact with your sensitive payment information. When you provide payment details on our website they are sent to Stripe directly for processing. Less sensitive information, such as your name, email address, and address will be shared with us in order to processes your purchase.
