A classic biscuit cake which has went down a treat at Livvi's. We have expanded our range of traditional Empire Biscuits to suit ever need! We have ones with sprinkles, ones with cherries, large biscuits and mini ones.

We have been told we know the perfect ratio of jam, to biscuit, to icing to make the most delicious Empire Biscuit!

WHAT DO YOU CALL AN EMPIRE BISCUIT?

Over the last couple of weeks we have realised that many of us have different names for the traditional biscuit!

Do you call it...

• An Empire Biscuit
• A German Biscuit
• An Iced Biscuit

No matter what you call it, it's still delicious and we have plenty of them in our little shop now (but we don't think they will last long...)

EXPANDING OUR EMPIRE BISCUIT RANGE

Since our normal little (and big) empire biscuits are our biggest seller we have decided we need to do seasonal empire biscuits and we are super excited! Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, Easter, you name it, we will have an empire biscuit for it!
